These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Get Tripped Travels website and any bookings made through it, WhatsApp, or directly with our team (together, the "Platform"). By using the Platform or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
Get Tripped Travels is operated out of Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Platform or make a booking.
We put together small-group trip packages, villa and hotel stays, and sports travel packages (event tickets, hospitality, and related travel arrangements). Availability, pricing, and inclusions for each package are confirmed at the time of enquiry — nothing on this website is a guaranteed booking until we've confirmed it with you in writing.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking with us. If you're booking on behalf of a group, you're responsible for making sure everyone in that group is aware of and agrees to these Terms, including any trip-specific requirements we communicate to you.
Bookings are confirmed only once we've received the required deposit or payment and issued a written confirmation. Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change based on availability, season, or supplier pricing until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellation terms vary by trip and will be shared with you at the time of booking. As a general guide, cancellations made closer to the departure date typically carry a higher charge, since we've already committed to hotels, transport, and other suppliers on your behalf.
Some components — like event tickets, visa fees, and certain promotional fares — may be non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. We'll always flag this clearly before you confirm a booking involving these.
You're responsible for making sure your travel documents (passport, visa, ID) are valid and in order, for disclosing any medical conditions or special requirements that might affect your trip, and for behaving reasonably during group trips — we reserve the right to remove a disruptive traveller from a trip without refund.
Many parts of your trip — flights, hotels, event tickets, local operators — are provided by third parties, not by us directly. We vet the people we work with, but we can't be held responsible for their service standards, delays, or cancellations. Where something goes wrong on a third party's end, we'll do our best to help resolve it, but our liability is limited to our own role in arranging your trip.
To the extent permitted by law, Get Tripped Travels isn't liable for indirect losses, missed connections, personal injury, or loss of belongings during a trip, except where caused by our own negligence. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific booking.
All content on this website — text, photos, itineraries, branding — belongs to Get Tripped Travels or our licensors. You're welcome to browse and share links, but please don't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without asking us first.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
